At Albion Health Centre

We are committed to offering a comprehensive range of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, chronic disease management, and preventative care, all while ensuring accessibility and convenience for our patients. We aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to manage their health.

Our team of experienced GPs and healthcare professionals provide compassionate and effective care, fostering a strong partnership with our patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. We are located at the heart of Whitechapel and are available by appointment, and we welcome new patients.

We aim to:

  • Be aware of their family and social networks and their vulnerability.

  • NHS relevant prescriptions and medications.
  • Baby and child care eg 6 week baby checks
  • Immunisations, e.g. childhood immunisations.
  • Foreign travel and immunisation.
  • Family planning advice
  • Diabetic control
  • Flu vaccination – we offer ‘at risk’ groups the flu vaccine during the winter months each year to protect against the flu virus.
  • Phlebotomy – Both in practice and at home for housebound patients
  • Well person health checks with healthy lifestyle advice
  • NHS Health Checks
  • Wound Care and Dressings
  • Maternity and Postnatal health care
  • Sexual Health Checks
  • Mental Health Support
  • Help with social needs eg welfare and employment advice, PIP allowance, mobility allowance, Blue- badge, home help
  • Cervical screening -¬ our nurse is qualified to carry out cervical screening and tests in the form of cervical smears.
