We are pleased to announce that Albion health centre will be changing the way we handle routine repeat prescriptions. We aim to process all requests for routine repeat prescriptions within 2 working days. The 2 working days rule will start from the day of the request, if the request has arrived at the Albion before 12pm. For requests that arrive after 12pm, the 2 working days rule will apply the next working day. Routine repeat prescription for which the patient fills in the right hand side and are left at the practice before 12pm will be ready for collection in 2 working days. E.g. prescription left on Monday before 12pm will be ready for collection on Wednesday whereas prescriptions left on Monday after 12pm will be ready for collection on Thursday
*Please bear in mind that requests left at external agencies will take longer to process, as the request will get processed when Albion receives the request* (external agencies; Pharmacies, hospitals and other organisations)
